Een training in een training! En echt ik beloof je dat dit je inzichten gaat geven.
We gaan aan de slag met jullie emoties en duiken vandaag de diepte in. We gaan ons Innerlijk Kind ontmoeten….. in de video vertel ik je erover. Gewoon met de voetjes op de vloer. Aankijken, voelen zodat we kunnen handelen met emoties die ons soms in de weg zitten en die we hebben zonder echt te weten waar deze nou vandaan komen. Als je dit namelijk echt weet en herkent dan kan je dit namelijk om gaan draaien en voor je laten werken.
De opdracht:
Bekijk de video van dit bericht.
Pak een blaadje en zet een streep in het midden helemaal naar beneden. Dan ga je aan de linkerkant schrijven:

Bij elke fase schrijf je op wat je herinnering is uit deze tijd en welke thema’s er speelden die je je herinneren kan. Neem de tijd hiervoor en leg het even weg en pak het weer. Schrijf op wat er opkomt er is geen goed of fout. Hoe meer je schrijft vanuit wat je voelt en opkomt hoe meer je aan deze tool hebt in de toekomst.
